TOURISM POLICY: RATES FOR VISITING BHUTAN

Nightly rates (tariff fees) for Bhutan

Tariff fees vary depending upon the group size, or number of people traveling together, and apply to all foreigners other than Indian and Bangladeshi nationals. And although the nightly tariff appears quite high, it in fact is quite reasonable as it is essentially an all-inclusive package...

INCLUSIONS
- All meals and water/tea/coffee in tourist-standard establishments
- The best available tourist-standard accommodations and/or farmhouse stays as you prefer on a twin-sharing basis (deluxe and luxury options are also available)
- A deluxe trekking experience if you're venturing into the great outdoors
- All activities and entrance fees for the sights, museums, and temples noted in your custom program
- Internal transportation in a private SUV or Hiace bus as you choose
- Complimentary cell phone(s) for your use while in the country
- An experienced and very knowledgeable English-speaking guide and driver at your disposal 24 hours a day (other languages can be accommodated upon request)
- Government Royalty of $65 per person per night & all taxes
- Your Bhutan visa and all necessary route, culture, and trekking permits
- And personal attention with our signature perks for the entirety of your journey.

EXCLUSIONS
- Airfare and expenses of a personal nature including but not limtited to alcohol, laundry, gifts, gratuities, telephone calls, Internet, spa treatments, etc

Further, we handle your airfare arrangements free of charge and other domestic and international arrangements as you require to ensure a worry-free holiday experience.

Kindly note, in keeping with Bhutan's GNH ("Gross National Happiness") policy, a portion of the nightly tariff goes to the government which in turn is used to fund free medical care, free education, and other welfare schemes throughout the Kingdom. Essentially, each visitor contributes to the betterment of the lives of the Bhutanese people.
